Ordered food via Just Eat, was supposed to be here at 7.50pm. Didn't arrive yet received a message saying it had. Tried to call the restaurant 4 times between 8.00 and 8.20pm, all times the phone kept ringing and ringing until someone picked it up....then hung up. Yep, they hung up 4 times.

Food eventually arrived at 8.25pm with no apology from the driver.

PLEASE don't support this restaurant by ordering from them. Such terrible service.

I had my wedding and reception here in May 2014 with 65 guests.

When we first visited the venue we spoke with Anita who was great and she proceeded to arrange everything for us. The staff were brilliant on the day, really organised and professional. More than just a couple of our guests remarked on how great the staff were.

The food was lovely and so were the drinks. The variety offered was really good and dietary requirements were not an issue.

The venue itself was really picturesque and great for photos. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms which was lovely. The next day we treated ourselves to some spa treatments, again the service was impeccable.

An absolutely wonderful wedding venue and I have some great memories thanks to the staff here.

These guys n' girls are really brilliant.

I started using them about 2 years ago when I got my first kitty. Another 3 kitties later (don't worry - I still have the first one!) I'm still using them.

The staff, including the receptionist, are all incredibly friendly and you never feel rushed which I really appreciate. The waiting area is nice enough (it's just a waiting area after all) and there's a big front window which faces out to the park opposite.

In terms of expertise, they do seem to know their stuff and I've never had any hesitation in asking them for advice. They've been really helpful in helping me look after my 4 adorable cats, which at the end of the day, is what I think all pet owners really want from their vet.

Would strongly recommend this place to anyone with pets.

My husband and I first used cats in the country in 2015, we had 2 cats at the time and unfortunately one of them both puked and pooed whilst we were on route. We were very embarrassed when we arrived and met with Nicky, but she was absolutely lovely about the 'accident' and washed the bedding for us.

Whilst we were on holiday she sent us text messages letting us know how our cats were doing, which we really appreciated.

We used them again in 2016 when we had another cat, so booked 3 of them into a pen. Again, the service was really friendly and caring, it is obvious that Nicky really cares about all the cats she has staying with her.

In terms of offerings, the pens are all a good size, we usually book the family pen as we have 3 cats. There's a really wide range of food and Nicky and her hubby also give out cat treats which I think shows they go the extra mile and shows their affection for animals.

I have no problems recommending them to others. Very, very happy customer.
