Was told I'd be sent quote to act for me ' later on '
When I emailed at 5pm to ask where the email was I was told ' were too busy to work with you '
If that's the case why didn't they tell me when I originally called.
You may be busy now but you've lost a BTL customer for life now.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING IN BIGGINS HILL
I DO NOT KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT AND HAVE JUST COST THEY'RE COMPANY AROUND £100,000 A YEAR
The designer costs me a deal and then when I call up just after losing my Grandfather the lady on the phone is rude then the manager gets my account closed because I reacted and asked for compensation and an apology.
Howdens in Brixton and Bow have now lost out on deals and I'll be taking my customers to Benchmarx now who know how to treat people

Massive let down

Gave me his word he'd hang some wallpaper for me on the weekend and at the last minute let me down.
If his word is not worth anything be weary as you could find yourself having to rush around to find someone who can stick to theirs

SDLs advertise as a local decorator but need others to carry jobs out for him as lacks the necessary skills to do it himself. Is angry because I'm the second decorator to let him down this week and he can't get paid until its complete. Agreed to try helping him but on checking around my gut feeling was to avoid working with SDL Home Improvements Ltd. Gave him more than 24 hours notice after meeting him for 10 minutes 12 hours earlier.
