I had a very disappointing experience with JAM Customs.
They required payment up front for parts and work that were supposed to be ordered and completed within a reasonable timeframe. After paying, communication quickly became difficult. Messages and calls often went unanswered, and updates on the status of my order were either vague or never provided.
From my perspective, it felt like the parts were never actually ordered when they said they would be. The long delays and lack of transparency were extremely frustrating.
When work was eventually done, the quality was not what I expected. I had serious concerns about the workmanship and whether the job had been completed safely or properly. This meant additional time and expense to have things checked and corrected elsewhere.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering JAM Customs do thorough research and be cautious before committing to work with them.
