Mel is an outstanding groomer who always grooms our Golden Retriever (Oscar) to a brilliant standard. Oscar has a skin condition and Melissa always asks how Oscar's been getting on and is always happy to offer advice and listen to any concerns we have. Her new salon is a credit to the hard work and determination she has put in over the years.
