Shame you can't put 0 stars - absolutely abysmal customer service

Firstly, they missed the business name off the samples so they didn't arrive, even after 3 attempts of sending them. As there was variation on the tone of boards, but a promo on at the time, they agreed I could order the whole order, and pay for it, but just take delivery of one pack.
The pack arrived by courier and was completely wrecked, every board was damaged. I raised a case with them, assured that I could either get a replacement pack or a 50% refund on the pack if I could use it for cuts. I took delivery of the balance, and the outer packs on the pallet were damaged, the banding was so tight it had cracked the edges. Thankfully we had enough to fit the whole floor.
I then got in touch, 2 emails and 4 phone calls over a 2 week period and am still waiting for someone to confirm my refund to me for the damage. I spent over £1200 with them, which is not a small amount for one order and expected to receive my refund promptly, not be completely ignored!

Horrendous customer service - avoid

My parents had their whole house carpeted by King Carpets and were persuaded by the sales rep to get a lower grade carpet in the bedrooms as it was on offer in the same colour and brand and were assured it would match.
When the carpets were fitted the two grades of carpets didn’t match at all and were nowhere near the colour they’d ordered (they’d ordered a brown toned carpet and both fitted were grey). After reporting it, several phone calls and waiting for an area rep to review it they have admitted they don’t match but have done absolutely nothing to rectify it - it’s been 6 weeks! It’s not good enough and shows how little they value their customers after they have your money!!!
The staff say they’re sorting it but no detail as to how and when or who is sorting, so it sounds like a complete fob off. Even if it’s another company manufacturing it the should’ve sorted it easily in days by ordering new carpets that do match, and giving my parents what they paid a lot of money for
