I would highly recommend M W Window Systems following an excellent customer experience. They fitted us a new door, replaced windows and importantly fixed issues with a couple of windows (fitted by a different supplier a few years ago). All of the jobs were high quality installations and everyone was helpful, professional and trustworthy.

The man who came to look at our LG washing machine couldn't even operate it. Twirled the drum and diagnosed the fault as bearings. Asked me if I had seen oil in clothes (no) and could I hear the noise it made (no). Didn't do anything else except that and charged me £10 and promised a call back with quote. Never heard from them again. Ripped off.

Pre sales experience sets false expectations as fitting is a nightmare. Don't keep to agreed times, jobs taking much longer than promised, caused damage to existing flooring near where new carpet being fitted (glue) and fitters unprofessional at times. Were wrongly advised couldn't have under floor heating with Karndean. Given no after sales advice on caring for floors. When contacted them about glue on carpet they were unconcerned and I left it as didn't want them in my home again.
