AP rebuilt a chimney for me with the brief being "no expense spared, fix it forever". However just weeks later it started to leak very badly. Initially AP promised to fix the problem, but after a few calls, they stopped answering my calls and have clearly not taken any responsibility. Other builders have now inspected the work done and it is a litany of poor techniques and poor workmanship. The chimney not only leaks, it is totally unsafe.
