Had Aaron rebuild a chimney, asking for his best job, no expense spared, in order to fix it once and for all. Within weeks we had sooty water running down the wall from the chimney. Initially he promised to sort it out, including claiming to have bought a drone to look at the work done.
After a few weeks of chasing him up, he is not answering the phone and is clearly not prepared to fix his work. Other builders have inspected the chimney and described it as very poor work indeed.
