The facilities and care provided here by Jane and her family are exemplary. The 'guests' want for nothing at all. We took our cat to stay for a week and she'd never been away before so naturally we were concerned. She tried to scale the walls when we first dropped her off but we needn't have worried at all. Jane sent us daily updates and photos of how she was coping. Within 24 hours she was relaxed and wandering around inside her own miniature home. She loved the fact she had areas she could sit in and smell fresh air and hear/see the birds. Jane made sure she was happy and content and she made the most of it all. When we called to collect her, rather than her panicked and manic like we had almost expected, she was calm, relaxed and in some ways seemed almost disappointed to be leaving. Happy to say that she quickly settled back into her routine after we got home too so no legacy concerns. Honestly, we cannot recommend Woodland Nook highly enough - 5 stars hardly does it justice.
