We live 2.5 miles from Stafford and in the middle of the areas covered by this company. When travelling from there depot to areas covered by them they drive past the lane in which we live. We have tried to employ the service which they advertise on a monthly basis only to be told “we wouldn’t come to you to clean one bin”! No attempt to find a solution, just a flat refusal.
