Loads4Less damaged two of our items in transit and refuse to take responsibility. Despite seeming nice, in transit they damaged our chest of drawers but we cannot be compensated for this due to them being from a flat-pack kit which we accepted. However, they damaged our £500 table in transit and are claiming that it was damaged prior to the move which it was not. They are lying about how the item was dismantled and collected prior to their arrival so that they do not have having to pay for the damages. Whilst they claim in their T&C's that dismantled furniture is not covered under their insurance I clarified (and have the receipts in the review photos) via message before taking out our move with them that dismantled furniture is still covered where there is damage to surfaces in transit and they said yes, it only didn't cover the items not being able to be put back together again.

I would not recommend this company if this is how they handle complaints/damage made by them
