The drain my kitchen sink runs into was completely blocked and even though he couldn’t come out when I called on a Saturday afternoon, he told me the tools I needed to clear it and what to do.
A quick trip to Screwfix, £30 on a rod & plunger set and an hour later my drain was clear 😁
