As soon as I spoke with Keith I was reassured by the questions he was asking that he knows his stuff. I had spoken to other carpet cleaning companies and they just gave me a price with little In the way of explaining what they did, how or why. If you want someone that cares about your carpet as if they were their own, call Keith! His work speaks for itself, if KD Masterclean can’t get a stain out, no one will! Keith will manage your expectations right from the outset and outline the likelihood of stain/carpet condition to end cleaned result. Keith really takes carpet cleaning to a scientific level. I had to get my MOT test done at late notice, called and spoke to Callum at 1pm who fitted me in, same day at 4pm! Alan completed the test and advised a few very minor pointers (he knows his stuff). Callum then checked my tyre pressures all round and found a slow puncture, promptly repaired it for me at a very reasonable cost, taking very good care of my alloy wheel :) all while I had a hot chocolate and a sit down in the office. I bought a second had car and took it to somewhere 'KWIK' to have it 4 wheel tracked. They said it was all within tolerance, but it still didn't feel right. I took it to John and his guys at Midland Tyres and wihin 2 seconds of putting the laser guides on the wheels, there was the problem... tracking off by quite a way! After John's guys tracked the car, it drives like its on rails... One VERY happy customer here. I can't recommend Midland Tyres highly enough! I also had my Air Con cabin filter changed and system cleaned (with their antibacterial machine). Very reasonably priced, very knowledgable and so, so genuine.
