I regularly use the Village Hotel in Maidstone for meetings with clients. The staff are always so helpful and considerate. A prime example of this is was today - I'm feeling very unwell with tonsillitis (probably shouldn't be working but hey ho) due to my temperature I was shivering uncontrollably and a member of staff was able to get me a large towel to wrap myself up in to feel a bit warmer. When another member of staff noticed I was wrapped up she came over to ask me if I was okay and offered me a complimentary cup of tea to help keep me warm. It really is the little things that totally go that extra mile. And for sure I will continue to have meetings at the Village - recommended for business and private events! Many thanks :)
