I bought a pair of freedom shoes and I thought they were poor quality and overpriced so I returned them for a refund. Royal Mail delivered them on 12th. This is now the 30th and I have not received a refund. When I try to phone them I am told that I am 8th in a queue.The cost of the call is 7p a minute. I think that coopers do this deliberately to discourage people from complaining. When you phone them you are given 2 options, press 1 for orders and 2 for anything else. If you press 1 you are answered immediately !

They took my review off without a proper explanation. I filled in their contact information but got no reply.

I bought a plug spanner from these guys and as soon as I started to remove a plug the spanner broke. I took it back and they said I had put too much strain on the spanner. I am 75 years old and slightly built. They must have really needed the £10 I gave them for the spanner. I bought one on eBay for less than half the price.
