Very disappointed with the level of customer service from car key solutions. My key has fallen apart after a short period of time. Called today and they were not helpful at all even as a repeat customer. Terrible customer service.

Dear Rokky, Thank you for your feedback! We repaired your key on August 7, 2020 and provide a 6-month warranty for this service. After a year, you called us and informed us that your key was no longer working (remotely). As an exception, because of the Covid situation, we offered you a free check and repair at one of our workshops. We understand that this was a difficult time for everyone. When you arrived in September 2021, we repaired the key and informed you that the car also had an electronic fault. Now you have contacted us again, as we informed you over the phone, unfortunately the key does not have warranty anymore, however, we did offer to inspect it for free at one of our workshops so that we could provide you advice on the matter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutly disgusted by the level of customer service by Xercise4less Hounslow. FROZE my membership due to mental health issues and they continued to take payments from my bank. They are now sending ballifs to my property Because of there mess up. Emailed them several times and even visited the hounslow gym but kept getting told a member of management will call and resolve this. Months have passed and guess what? No communication what so ever!
