Today my wife took the car to this place following her trusted garage having found a nail in a tyre during the MOT they did for her; it was not thought to be urgent.
Expecting a quick repair, she was happy when they told her to leave it with them for an hour. On her return she was told that unfortunately it had needed a new tyre, which they had fitted, without waiting to ask if this was what she wanted. This cost £60. After paying, she went to her MOT garage. The owner rang Southbank Tyres and was told that there had been two nails (I do not believe that second one would have been missed during the MOT). Not happy and won't go there again.
