Called BASINGSTOKE APPLIANCE SOLUTIONS due to damaged cooker oven door. It took one phone call where i described issue, make and model of cooker and was provided with an immediate quote, including timescale options and the cost and availabilty of the required replacement part, which was substantially lower than all the previous internet based quotes i recieved.
I booked the visit and the engineer (Stuart) arrived on time, was very professional and completed the fix in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend the Basingstoke Service Centre as a local first point of contact for these types of home service requirements for this area before seeking other quotes from trustpilot and other internet connecting services suppliers based on the several quotes I recieved and given the large disparity in just the starting threshold prices for just an engineer callout, without the cost of the parts etc.
