The original booking was through Mr Sander and Ryan was the person who did the quote and then picked up the booking, the process was very smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, on the day that the floors were to be sanded (14th May) Ryan had double booked himself. He apologised and got in touch with the office to try and sort out a replacement, Mr Sander sorted a replacement very quickly and arranged for Gary of Touchwood Floors to do the job on Saturday 16th May. Gary and his nephew did an excellent job at very short notice and with little/no mess. We were very pleased with the floors and the service provided. Thanks. Robert Yarwood

I would like to say a big thank you to Kevin, Nigel and the Team at W S Spray Finishings(Rayleigh). They have done a fantastic job in transforming our kitchen doors; coupled with some great work from Paul in painting the carcases and kick boards on site. Between the 2 of them they have totally transformed a kitchen that after 16 years was looking tired, it is now looking new & vibrant and with the quality of the finish expect this to last another 16 years. I would unconditionally recommend them for their professionalism and quality of finish to transform your kitchen.
