I’m totally new to caravans and didn’t have a clue, took the family down there and my wife fell in love with a caravan, I was totally nervous, but Charlie couldn’t be more helpful, talking me through all the things to do and what you need, after we got it weeks later there was a few minor issues to sort and he was always on the phone to help out ( not thanks for your money now bye like some of the others ) , I would 100% recommend this company , especially to 1st timers like myself 10/10 for customer service 👍
