Contacted Ricky to quote for a chimney repair. He was the first in contact with me and I felt he was willing to answer all my daft questions. Once he visited and quoted for the work, he was on par with another builder cost wise (I had four quotes). He carried the work out using ladders, which was my preference as I didn't want scaffolding outside the hours for ages, in one case it was suggested it could take weeks. Ricky and his team arrived on the Monday morning and the work to make the chimney safe began. They finished once they made everything safe and had negotiated a tricky situation with a neighbour. They returned the next day and continued the work and completed it all within four days. Throughout I received photos of progress (almost 80 in all).
