Bad MOT experience

Taken car for a MOT had the engine management light at the time was a faulty oxygen sensor
Was told i was ok to pick the car up and it had passed its MOT
So ive picked the car up and the engine management light still showing ive reported this back to the garage and was told there change my rear sensor CO2 sensor but not the front one and was told would cost me an extra £90
The MOT I received cost me over 400 pound already was disgusted in the service provided and felt totally ripped off also im pretty sure its a legal requirement not to pass any cars MOT with the engine management light on
Also was giving handwritten receipt very unprofessional
