I will never buy a car from this dealership again. Viewed vehicle in the rain - bad mistake assured all correct, bought lifeshine despite having previously purchased a 12month old jag from a different dealership and knowing what lifeshine means. Was given great rhetoric from Lester Cann and Gary about any problems just come back. the lifeshine was not applied correctly and when I went back the after care was non existent to the point of being shocking. Chased and chase and Lester really basically told me to go elsewhere. I love jaguar XJs but this dealership seriously makes me wonder if I will purchase a jaguar in the future. The salesman had the easiest sale going, and behaved totally unethically, zero customer service. If you really have to use this dealership be careful who you buy your car from, and ensure you get guarantees of fair and reasonable aftersales remedy, as in my opinion this dealership exhibits the worst in the after sales market.
