Had my laminate flooring installed on 16th February, 2019. Fitter said he would get black beading to go under my kitchen cabinets and would phone me in a few days...2 phone calls to the store in Stockton-in-Tees, and 12 weeks later...the flooring in my kitchen is all ‘bouncy’ because he’s not been back to do it!
Have phoned the store twice...the fitter phoned back after the first time and said he had been refunded the money for the white beading in order to source the black beading...and i’ve never heard from him since!!
So he’s been refunded my money but never come back to do the job he was paid to do. Not good business.
