I needed some window hinges replacing as the windows were not closing tight enough and let noise in. I emailed A1 Window Fix about the problem and they replied within minutes. We did a quick WhatsApp video call, so they could be shown the hinges to see what was wrong (and was a lot of fun, it's worth doing just to see Billy's beard) and came out the next working day. Billy is such a friendly and jolly guy. He fixed both windows quickly and got me to check his work to make sure I was happy. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. The noise has gone! Will definitely use them again when the next hinges go!

I was going to bin my broken Makita angle drill until a friend recommended Lizard Tools. I didn't know you could get these things repaired. The owner was very friendly and saved me a small fortune.
