Needed to sell my flat and was told I needed a fire risk assessment. Spoke to Liam at T2 who came out to me the next day and not only did the fire assessment, he also did an asbestos survey and got me the paperwork back for the risk assessment the same day. Great service at a great price.

needed a bed moved from woodford green to south woodford at short notice. I phoned several companies but when i spoke to Affordable i immediately felt at ease. They straight away arranged for the bed to be moved, no fuss, no hassle just an honest simple service. I needed a will, spoke to Prowse who came out to see me. Whilst discussing what i needed they suggested i also take out a lasting power of attorney because if something happened to me my daughter and my son could manage my affairs without any fuss or complication. I have been using Dave for all of my gas work for the last 8 years, in that time he has installed a complete central heating system, installed a new boiler in my rental property, added additional radiators to my system, serviced my boilers and handled all my certifications. I am pretty sure that if I looked around, somebody may give me a better price for the work, however one thing I am certain of is that no one out there would give me a better service.

Just moved to Chislehurst and needed to arrange a regular window cleaner. I phoned 4 companies for a quote and only 2 turned up. The first guy didn't even look around and just gave me a price and never explained properly what he would do for the money. Shidan from Waterfed Pole came round, he took his time to look round and asked exactly what i was actually looking for. Once i told him, he explained to me exactly what he was going to do and why. Waterfed Pole were a little more expensive than the other guy, but because of how he explained everything to me i felt confident that he would deliver the quality of service i want. 4 months in and they come when they say they will and my windows look perfect, thanks.
