Living in London, I've been in desperate need of support for my Dad on 2 weather blighted occasions. Christmas 2015, I had no way of getting to him, I was just fishing for a solution. I rang Nick & Enid and they came to the rescue. They wanted nothing more than the fare in return even though they'd gone out of their way and above and beyond. This week, unfortunately, I had to ring them again in a massive panic. I had no way of getting there quickly enough and they've just breezed through it once more...absolute heroes!
