We had a gas leak. Had British gas homecare, SGN came out to cap off meter after calling emergency service.
British gas failed to turn up to appointments on 2 consecutive days, despite paying for homecare. Called Hamilton Heating &Plumbing, engineer on site within an hour, gave a quote, went to get required fittings and returned 2 hours later and replaced defective pipe and fittings. Carried out full safety gas check and checked all appliances were working correctly. Superb service carried out by a professional and reliable engineer.
They will get all my gas,oil, plumbing and heating jobs in the future. Totally prompt ,professional and reliable service. A rarity these days .
