From order to delivery took one week for my custom made shed, absolutely no issues placing the construction as it had to go over a flat roof to get to its definition. The men who constructed it were professional and efficient. I cannot praise sheds 'N' chalets enough and highly recommend them if you are looking for a shed or similar as service and quality are second to none.

Had my garage door supplied and fitted by John Glen which was done properly , however during the installation damage was done to my property which was brought to their attention and a small discount agreed after some haggling which was not professional - this agreement was not kept too by John Glen and they renegade on this sum which is not only petty but left a bitter taste as I believe I was a good customer and paid with a debit card as they preferred this method.

I bought winter tyres from kwik fit and due to them being tracked incorrectly (the fellow doing the tracking was not familiar with the new laser guided 4 wheel alignment ) two of the tyres wore unevenly in less than 5k which was an expensive mistake with Continental winter contact tyres. They tried to blame the tyres and sent them off for testing to continental who confirmed the feathering wear was down to the angle adjustment fitted. After all this hassle I resolved to not go back again - the service /whole experience left a bitter taste and £360 worse off of pocket
