Jen's experience as a counsellor shines through, and she created the right environment to allow me to address my issues, and find a more positive way to deal with them. She is patient and empathetic without intruding too far, and I benefited greatly from her understanding and wisdom. I would not hesitate to ask for help in the future should I need it.
