I wish to formally express my utmost disappointment with the service I received from your company. It was, without doubt, one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The claim that you have a key is utterly laughable. I contacted your company and was assured someone would attend to me the following day. I waited with my vehicle for over 16 hours, having lost my keys, which was very inconvenient.

Despite this, the engineer sent was not competent and clearly did not know what he was doing. I had previously used the same engineer personally and had to call him again to my vehicle, only for him to fail to complete the job. To make matters worse, you then sent the same individual out once more and charged me a £120 cancellation fee, which I am now disputing with my bank.

Hey there! Just wanted to share my experience from today's visit. As I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed the tempting deal on the window offering a sandwich, a cookie, and a hot or cold drink for £3.99. The poster made everything look so delicious! When I approached the counter and asked to upgrade to a large sandwich, I was informed it wasn't possible. I then ordered a ham and cheese toastie and requested some tomato and lettuce, only to be told it wasn't an option for that particular sandwich. I wasn't offered an alternative or an upgrade, which was disappointing as a sandwich without any salad isn't quite the same. The manager's response wasn't very helpful either. Despite this, when it was time to pay, the machine suddenly went down, causing me to miss out on my points. As a regular customer, I believe a full refund for today's experience is fair. I understand now that the ham and cheese sandwich doesn't come with salad, but this detail was not very clear in the tiny

Great service from start to finish from all employees of the company. We were given all the information we needed to make an informed decision to buy.
Very competetive pricing and we were kept fully up to date of the ordering and manufacturing process.
On the day of fitting we were given a time, and our door was fitted to expectations with no problems.We would recommend and will use again!. Outstanding .

If you want my advice, please avoid using this company. If you really want to keep hold of your bedding and poor Customer service is very poor about you as a customer and then lose over 1000 pounds with your bedding.

We got our hot tub in August, when we went to the showroom they were brilliant answered all our questions with no pressure to buy. We decided which one we wanted and did all the paperwork and the delivery date was agreed. Between the ordering and delivery I have so many questions and they answered them all without hesitation. The delivery and installation was really easy and the two gentlemen who delivered it were first class in every way. Once installed we had some questions about the maintenance and again all our questions were answered promptly and politely. To be hosnest we use our hot tub nearly everyday all we absolutely love it! I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them, the service we received was first class.
