We are thrilled that my husband’s parents moved into Hawthorns Eastbourne about 2 years ago. They had been struggling in their situation and needed more support which Hawthorns has provided. The facility is clean and light, the food is great and the staff is very caring (Debbie, Colin and Lucy are excellent). We are based in America but we have never felt that we are out of touch with our parents or the staff. Take them up on an overnight visit and see how nice it is.
