A great store with always plenty of stock but I always end up queuing for what seems like hours as they never have enough tolls open. There seems more emphasis on self service than the tills themselves and as you aren’t allowed to take through self service this then causes even more queues.

As my local florist I use Websters a lot throughout the year whether this is buying flowers for my house or ordering bouquets. Whatever the occasion they never disappoint. They have an amazing selection of flowers and plants especially since they have moved to their new premises and every bouquet I have had from them has been amazing. You can tell they really take the time and the effort to put these together.

I have used Hayburn Rock numerous times to change my mortgage deal and every time I have used them I have found them to be professional, courteous and they take the time to really understand my needs. The process has been swift and efficient and all of the team there are extremely knowledgable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of financial advice.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and the hotel is lovely and the rooms and public areas are furnished to an excellent standard and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.

The first time we stayed we had breakfast the following morning and the staff came and took your order and the breakfast was plated up and served to you from the kitchen and it was excellent. When we stayed recently this had changed to be a self service buffet breakfast and unfortunately when we arrived mid service there was not a lot of hot food out and because it was a buffet style it was not very warm and there was only scrambled egg available and when my partner enquiries if he could have a fried egg he was given the impression that this would have been difficult.

I would prefer to see this go back to a plated breakfast as the quality and the temperature of the breakfast would be much better.

Still a good hotel overall.

I love this Asda store but I think the cafe needs more organisation. You order hot food and then the poor staff are left to guess where you are sat to deliver your meals to you. One member of staff joked to me that they need table numbers to help the situation and I think that is a great idea.

A modern stylish hotel with excellent facilities in a great city centre location.

I have recently purchased a used car from the Ford dealership and found the whole experience refreshingly easy. I was dealt with in a friendly, professional and courteous manner and at no point in the whole process did I feel pressurised. In fact the salesman and the business manager went out of their way to ensure that I was entirely satisfied with the car before I agreed to purchase it. They both made me feel that everything was done in my best interest and I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

This is a fantastic salon where you are always made to feel a million dollars. Jenny and her fantastic team of stylists always make you feel welcome and look amazing and their prices are excellent. I have been coming to this salon for years after a friend recommended me and I have never looked back! A good hairdresser is worth their weight in gold and they certainly are!

I was really impressed with the service I received from Giles at Billingham Cooke. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept us regularly updated with the progress of viewings and offers.
The marketing of the property was all handled in a very professional manner which resulted in the property being sold within one week!
