From start to finish they were professional and dealt with a minor problem straight away. Very happy

I was sold a Jeep Patriot with serious faults. I had the car less than 24 hours and the car lurched and went into limp mode while on a dual carriageway. Luckily I was not overtaking anything or could have been put in a dangerous situation. I took the car into a local garage and they found 3 fault codes stored in the ecu which diagnosed a faulty turbo, faulty stereo system (dvd reader) and faulty bonnet sensor. The fault with the turbo was showing as a historic code, which I suspect may be the reason the car was originally traded in.
Darrin was originally very good to deal with, but unfortunately showed his true colours the moment I said the words "I am rejecting the car due to the serious faults". His attitude changed from helpful and sympathetic to rude, difficult and borderline offensive. After a few days of negotiation he eventually picked the car up and seemed to have a slightly better attitude, I believe this was a case of damage limitation.

Ive found them to be a trustworth, proffesional and good value garage for both my car and motorcycle mots. Cheaper mots than local bike shop (by some margin) and better service.

Some very nice, friendly staff but I have also experienced appauling rude service from managent. A lady there would refuse to listen to what I was saying and continued to try and talk over me. Sometimes you a left feeling that being polite and trying to talk in a calm manner is seen as a weakness, often you end up thinking you should be loud and aggressive which always seems to get you much further with rude people unfortunately.

After spending hundreds of pounds in this store on a regular basis I would never go back. The manager is rude, and unhelpful. I was mis-sold an item, and refused a return. I would advise customers to always support local shops when possible but not when they dont diserve or value your custom. You are better protected by buying laws over the internet, which under distance selling laws alow returns on all items in their original condition. You will also pay a lot less! I bought the same boots from a reputable online seller for £92 instead of £150 in their store. Whats the extra for? Certainly not service or convenience, heaven forbid if you had a fault develop with something after a few weeks because youd never get a replacement or your money back from this ameteur businessman

Okay, but room for much improvement. Prices are ridiculous, highest around.

I have a bulldog and take him to see Tom every time. Hes a very good vet, good clear communication and you always leave confident in the knowledge his advise and treatment are best for your pet. I have seen other vets there and not been as impressed. I would award Tom 5 stars, I would have deducted 2 stars for the reception, which does let the service down at times. They make mistakes and get confused quite often, not the most efficient but I have noticed however that some new staff have brought improvement. So although this is still an area that could be improved, its worth looking past to get the advice and treatment from a great vet.
