The worst Halfords I've been to. A bunch of oinks who dress in joggers- unprofessionally and don't even comb their hair are just leaning on the desk, who aren't trained properly in mechanical know-how; they might as well work in Next across the road. This is a motoring store, you would expect people who know at least the basics, staff training needs updating.
Not helpful- if the customer is confused or needs help with anything, the employees don't see it as their issue to resolve, they don't engage with customers, and they don't care about the customer's experience. As for the store, it's equally disorganised as the staff.
Wrong items on the wrong shelf, shelves are empty, items are on their side, and no one takes pride in their work. Someone needs to seriously look at the appealing standards at this store and fix them before they lose the customers.
