5 months ago I got my front two tires replaced, no concerns were raised during this appointment.

A few days ago I noticed a rattle sound towards the front of the car, so I booked the car in for an appointment at my local (different) mechanic. They ran a diagnostic and noticed my right hand side driver wheel sensor had been broken off and was making the cause of the noise. As I have not had any work done on the car since the tyre change, the only explanation is that the mechanic who changed the tyre snapped the sensor when fitting the new tyre.

I reached out to R Binks, the staff were unhelpful and are expecting me to pay for the damage they caused.

I will not be using this company again and will be logging a complaint through the motor ombudsman.
