Took puppies for 1st vaccines next day on was in critical care and died and still got charged ! Took puppy in with mums blanket yet never got it back they denied it was there fault even though puppy was healthy that day ! And I didn’t get a proper explanation why she died ?? Think it was a trainee vet ( maybe 21 that gave vaccines) that done this procedure. Have been at this vet for 15 years but it has gone right down to the original vets .i will take my custom else where from now as I have been mortified about what’s happened all the staff has changed . I would not recommend this vet
