I chose Monarch because they were local, but also because of the customer services.
The fitters arrived and spent the whole day to fit the door and window above.
Unfortunately after 2 months the handle began to corrode. This is a brand new door and I wouldn't expect a modern door to corrode this quickly. I'm not near the seaside but my parents are and their composite door hasn't corroded after 5 years. I rang the office and they said they would come and look at it. 2 months later still nothing. I rang again, was told I was not forgotten about. They told me some nonsense about how the doors need to be cleaned but it's even corroded inside the letterbox. They don't replace it either. 2 years later and still not heard from them..
When I wrote this review there were no other reviews, now there are 15 5 star ones, very suspicious.

The Good
Quality Fish and Chips, I can tell the oil was fresh as it didn't taste sour like some places. Portion size is huge (is there a small size?). Nicely branded modern shop. They also do pizza but not tried it yet. Nicely wrapped. They have a very busy place so if you just go in you might find they have fish already cooked.

The Bad
Didn't forgot to ask on the phone if I wanted salt and vinegar. A tiny bit too greasy.

I would like to highly recommend G2 electric for outstanding work. They are very professional in all ways and are always thinking of the customer. They will make suggestions for how to do things better. There is no trying to talk you around to something you don't want. Friendly people.

They do the work extremely efficiently but very well and it's all done with precision. Mess is cleared up afterwards very well. Prices are only too reasonable.

I had sockets, light fittings, wires rerouted, alarm PIRs fitted.

I was not encouraged to write this review by them.

Guy came around to fit some skirting boards and coaving in several bedrooms. I had to supply materials which I didn't mind doing but the job was very badly done. They were in and out in 30minutes and the skirting board came away almost straight away. It wasn't proprly filled with caulk and had to be redone by a relative who was not a professional in any way (but did a much better job). Some of the skirting board is misaligned so one half is up and another is down and not meeting well.

I feel bad for being the first reviewer here but it was not a good experience. I think there just needs to be more time and care spent on smaller jobs to be honest and if they don't want to do the job then just say so.
