I booked a laser treatment for underarms and bikini area of 6 sessions. I spent lots of money and after 4 sessions I haven’t seen any difference. I tried to talk to them and explain and they just blame on me because I have missed the last two appointments. I know I can’t expect my hair to disappear with only 4 sessions but I instead of noticing hair lost I’ve noticed more hair and thicker than before. Not recommendable at all!

Hi Maria I just had a long conversation with you and explained that as with all laser hair removal systems, you need to visit every 6 weeks for a treatment for the laser to have a good effect. This is explained in detail in the initial consultation. You have actually had 3 treatments, not 4 and you didn't turn up for 2 appointments and had a gap of 9 weeks rather than 6 weeks between treatments 2 and 3. You still have 1 treatment remaining but have left more than 4 months since your last appointment before getting in touch. Of course laser hair removal will be less effective if you do not actually turn up and have the treatments. You requested a refund today on the grounds that the treatment has not worked which was refused. If you had carried out the treatments every 6 weeks you would have had a great result!
