Really disappointed. Based on the excellent reviews, I tried phoning to get a quote but wasn’t able to get through, however I was able to book an appointment to replace the battery on my laptop through their website.

When I turned up to the address to drop my laptop off, there was no answer at the door, I rang the number and didn’t get through again. I waited around for 15 minutes and no one showed up, and to make matters worse another customer in the same situation arrived! There was a digital ring doorbell on the front door which I tried multiple times so I know that someone was getting a notification somewhere. Later on in the day I sent an email to follow up and I have had nothing but radio silence since. I have been so disappointed about my experience (and apparently someone else’s too!) with this business, and it upsets me because so many other people seem to have had a great experience.

Based on my experience I just cannot recommend this business - a real shame.

D G Webb came and sorted my bathroom recently. The work was excellent quality, and Rob was freindly and accomodating. Would highly recommend, and would happilu use again!

Needed a part on the same day, phoned them up to check stock and picked it up less than an hour later! Customer service was good and I could tell that they put in a lot of effort to find my part even when it was proving difficult to track down, price I paid was good as well for an off-the-shelf part. I could probably have gotten it cheaper if I went elsewhere and took it off myself but for the service on offer it was well priced and executed

I had my car MOT completed by Milestone in November last year, I dropped it off in the morning and they had completed the first MOT by 11:30am. Unfortunately my car had failed and I was informed about what it had failed on, and Milestone gave me a good opportunity for them to source the part and fit it themselves. However, I opted to source it myself, and as a result I dropped the part in and they fitted it for me, before performing another MOT for my car to pass. Service was quick, efficient and economical. The customer service was great, and everything was explained to me in real terms, and they were happy for me to source my own part as well.

I would very much recommend this garage, this was the first time that I tried them out but I will definitely be returning due to their good work and customer service.
