My elderly grandmother has been to Second sight opticians for years and years and today was turned away for being 10 minutes late,despite being unable to see very well and really needing that appointment.
We no longer live in the area and had quite a journey to make.
Disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour. They refused to see her. Poor thing can hardly see and really needed that appointment.
Needless to say we won’t be returning. Don’t use this opticians.
Not the same since new people took over.
