Our first interactions were with Kelly, who was prompt and efficient with providing a quote and booking our service (which was incredibly and competitively priced).
Tommy greeted both me and my husband with a handshake and the biggest smile.
They took their time, ensuring they took care of our belongings both when packing and unpacking (into a new build). I heard Tommy quote a few times about carrying things ‘properly’ and ‘the right way round’ to avoid any damage to the items or the walls.
We didn’t feel rushed at all, which made a really stressful day a lot easier.
They packed everything we requested and did it with constant smiles and positivity.
Meeting 2 men like Tommy and Morgan who not are not only amazing at their job, but are passionate about it too, is just incredible !
Thank you so much for making our move stress-free, we wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.

I went to the salon on Friday for my hair to be curled. To my surprise, Sarah was willing to put my hair up for me (I hadn’t initially booked in for that because I am aware with my long, thick hair, it’s not an enjoyable task). Sarah curled my hair and then put it up. It looked amazing, it lasted all night and was still in place the following morning.
Sarah was so welcoming, friendly and down to earth. The salon has a really nice feel to it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I contacted John Clarke and Son (they came up as top search on google, when typing in ‘oven repairs, Plymouth), yesterday. I was anxious as my oven had broken over the weekend, I had an idea of what might be wrong. But my anxiety was that you cannot find a serial number on my oven, was hopeful it could be sorted.
I spoke to John Clarke & Sons on the phone yesterday afternoon and they offered me a slot for today (next day service, fantastic).
The lovely man has just been, identified the problem immediately, carried the part, so was able to fix straight away.
Fantastic service, good price, could not recommend highly enough.
Thank you very much

I have used Ben & Jason many times for a bit of everything. They come at short notice, give free quotes and come back within days to complete the job. Lovely people, always do a good job, to a high standard. Will always use them as my handymen, and have recommended them to many, who go back time and time again.
