I used Med-PTS when moving my Grandfather who has dementia from a hospital in Dorset to a care home in Leicester. I can't fault the service given. My Grandfather arrived feeling very happy and had been well cared for and engaged with throughout the journey. The team phoned me when he had been collected so I could talk to him and check he was ok and they sent regular calls and texts with an ETA so I ready on arrival. The service was very professional and gave me peace of mind during what had been a worrying time. I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks to you both Rob and Bryan, keep up the good work!
