Cat was vomiting, needed examination, was told its £60. At the appointment was told cat needed blood test, anti-nausea injection and sub-dermal hydration. All this was mentioned without telling me the cost. with hindsight I should have asked but was busy worrying about the cat. Got a shock when back in the reception area and was told its £240! I was given the debit card receipt but no invoice to itemise the individual costs. Totally dishonest and underhanded. Will never go back. would give zero stars if could
