Very unprofessional, rude staff . Miss diagnosis on 4 vet trips cost my dogs life when I hat he did have would have been very easily treated and not uncommon,Staff are extremely Rude when I called very unprofessional . I have never been spoken to the way I have by these staff .
My dog was miss diagnosed and they cost him his life ! Not even an apology for their “ mistake “
