I handed over the keys to my pride and joy for a long overdue major service and couldn't be happier with the work carried out.
Getting booked in was a simple process and I was kept up to date of costs and recommendations throughout. There was none of the main dealer upselling and videos of 50% worn tyres with a recommendation to replace unnecessarily, as there was last year with the main dealers garage.
I've now got our family car booked in for next months MOT and service based off this experience and have also recommended Steve Plain's to work colleagues. I was new to this garage but I'll be a regular customer from now on!
