AVOID!!, Disgrace of a company

AVOID!!
This is how they repay nearly 30 years of customer loyalty. Car booked in for MOT 4th Nov 2022. Whilst there asked if they could repair paintwork, alloy wheels and clean & protect the underside of the car. Told yes they could do work, it would take 2-3 weeks. Drop car off 3rd Dec 2022. MONTHS of attempts at communication to see what was happening, repeatedly told car was nearly ready. Nov 2023 got told underside of the car was done. Dec 2023 told nearly there. Jan told a couple of weeks. 2nd Feb 2024, after 15 months of continuously been fobbed off with excuses, say that we want car back on Sat 10th Feb, MOT’d. Told ok. Turn up and get told that he can’t MOT it yet as it’s trapped in by a car that has lost keys? Said we want car back Monday, end of story. Monday and car still not moved. Arrange for car to be collected. Car has had no work done at all, now in a very bad condition having been left to rot outside by Jarrow Coachworks for 15 months. Absolute disgrace of a company.
