Very Bad Service

Received a quotation of low price before when I mentioned the printer is in office I received a very expensive quote when I asked for the reason the guy says I don't want to come to your place that is why I am charging you high price.

When first speaking to customer who explained that they had a Develop printer with a fault. I said that we could call out to inspect machine, I informed the customer that our call out fee was £65.00 plus VAT, however we had a special offer and i would do the call for £32.50 Plus VAT. He asked if he would still have to pay this charge even if we did not fix the machine, he also said that the £32.50 was still very expensive and could i do a better price. I enquired to were the office was and he informed me that it was in the centre of Manchester near the university. I then revised our quote as asked to do so by the customer to our standard fee of £65.00 plus VAT. When he enquired as to why i put the price up, i informed him that i could not call out to his office under the special offer price as his office was in the centre of Manchester. The customer did not receive bad service, he was unhappy with our pricing.
