I was in the salon a while back, and I would not recommend! Management is awful, and it's so tense in there! I had my colour done, it took ages, and despite the colour I chose, the lady doing my hair took it upon herself to choose a completely different colour which in the end had to be sorted out because it went wrong! I was not offered a drink, or any magazines, which I ended up getting myself. I was sat there for a while with the colour on my head, and not once did they check that I was alright. No one stays out the front, which I feel is very unprofessional. From where I sat, I could hear the conversations from the room they were in, and I felt very uncomfortable. I tried my hardest not to listen, but with how loud they were talking, I couldn't help overhearing.

Ordered a pizza and two puddings for me and my mum to share between us. Order came to 23.97

I had no change so I handed the driving £25... now normally I would give the driver a tip, but he just completely walked away!! Not only that, but it was only the pizza and one pudding that turned up.. he apologised and said the other part of my order would be turning up... almost 45 minutes later.. still nothing... so we call them up.. and they're actually trying to change t to being put on another order for free for next time!!

We then said "forget it, just refund us the money" and they weren't listening at all then they just put us on hold.. not another word said... I'd avoid the place at all cost
