Jermaine and his team are a real eye opener to how a business should be run. From start to finish the whole project went super smooth. We had complex groundworks, landscaping and other aspect too, all undertaken by the team. Jermaine discussed the project with me and made me feel really at ease. Throughout the project some adaptations were made and these were easily worked with, a quick chat and a price adjustment (for a bit of extra work I asked for) saw the whole project finish sooner than expected still. The team consists of really responsible and respectful people, a pleasure to have round. From the moment Joe came along his main intention was to do the best and create something amazing. To be fair, he has gone even further than this and created something that is life changing for us as a family. There were hiccups along the way, none of which were his making, some of which were a very big pond to take out, locating drainage areas and listening to our alterations as the job progressed. Everything that that came up against him was dealt with great skill and thought, nothing was to much for him and the team to work out, overcome or make better. Joe and his team are one of the very few professionals that I will let on my premises as I know I can trust him and his team. There are probably people out there that will do things cheaper, but you will not get the quality, service and outcome that you get with Joe, he is by no means over priced nor expensive.
